Small Package - Orders
Will be shipped according to the service type selected at checkout.
Motor Freight - Orders
Delivery of larger orders that exceed UPS size or weight limitations will be delivered via tractor trailer to your location.
It is your responsibility to UNLOAD, INSPECT and SIGN for your order.
Special services such as lift gate, inside delivery, custom packaging, etc. must be arranged prior to shipment as additional charges may apply.
If your order is shipping to a residential address or construction site, the carrier will call to schedule an appointment for your delivery.
Damages / Shortages
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery!
Failure to note damages or shortages at time of delivery on drivers Delivery Receipt indicates your acceptance of this shipment as is and waives your right to future claims.
In the event of a problem, we must be notified within 24 hours of receiving your order. Failure to notify us within 24 hours indicates your complete acceptance of order with no exceptions.
Returns or order corrections must be requested, via email, within five days of original delivery. Acceptable returns are charged a 27% restock service fee plus actual shipping costs.
Returns are not allowed on special order, built to order, or custom built items.
Please contact customer service for a Return Authorization number and instructions as to how and where the item is to be returned.
Orders returned without a RA number will be refused.
