This check is made out in someone else's hand, but is AUTHENTICALLY signed by LOU COSTELLO, in blue fountain pen, as shown.

This check measures 7" x 3".  It has been folded, but DOES NOT detract from the overall condition, which is EXCELLENT+.

Together with BUD ABBOTT, they became one of the GREATEST comedy teams in the history of show business.  They mastered the straightman-clown relationship; creating a magical chemistry that would take them from burlesque stage, to radio, to Broadway, to film and finally to television.

Most famous for their classic signature skit, "Who's On First?"

Because of this famous comedy routine, they were the FIRST non-baseball playing celebrities ever to be inducted into baseball's Hall of Fame at Cooperstown, NY.
